" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it is an amazing opportunity to meet and collaborate with other passionate students who are working on a diverse range of issues surrounding the sustainable development goals. I am motivated to pursue the work I do because I think that the future of our world is at stake, and I can't wait to meet like minded young people who share this steadfast motivation. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: YouChangeEarth

YouChangeEarth seeks to answer the "What can I do about climate change? question. Every year, millions of people are inspired by pictures of burning rainforests or flooding coastlines, but face numerous obstacles that prevent them from engaging in meaningful change to reduce their carbon footprint. The Fellows are building a resource that makes it easy for individuals to find impactful projects that reduce carbon emissions and drive sustained engagement with climate issues.

Their goal is to help 2 million people start their own climate journeys, and funnel them toward the impactful actions our world needs for a sustainable future.
