" Even as society and technology has evolved in such an exponential rate over the last decade the need for social impact and sustainable development is called for now more than ever. It is an honor to be a part of a community of student leaders that envision a brighter future for everyone. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Creating Horizons

CREATING HORIZONS is a guidance platform with a motive of enhancing the quality of education that is being currently imparted to the students in our neighborhood in general and the lesser privileged class of students in particular. Through organizing classes both in person and online, by conducting various seminars and workshops, interactive sessions and most importantly by reaching out to the students in need, we envisage to make this dream a reality that will benefit the future leaders of the world. By providing a platform to unite interested individuals and by actively engaging the student community to reach out in the most effective way, we envision to provide quality classes on vocational subjects, soft skills, basic career guidance, and lessons for those who are unable to access proper schools.

Creating Horizons intend on hosting seminars and talks on various schools across Kerala and reach out to students of classes 9,10 and 11 importantly. We intend on organizing a minimum of two events as such in this term due to the issues related to COVID-19. We also plan on reaching out through online webinars and videos on a larger scale. During these four months we would identify orphanages and institutions for the differently abled and organize small classes and meeting to provide them with their educational needs.
