Millennium Fellowship Project: The Mirror Project
The Mirror Project is a mental health organization that aims to teach people how to help themselves deal with their mental health issues. It aims to do so through promoting active self-reflection and sharing tips on other self-help cognitive reappraisal techniques.
About the Millennium Fellow
Tiffany is a final year psychology student from the University of Hong Kong. She is a keen learner and avid reader. Her creativity and vision has granted her the opportunity to conduct her own research on self-help therapy to help those around her. Tiffany is also keeps myself busy with internships, volunteering, and extra-curriculars in order to learn and experience the most in university. She is eager to bring a positive impact to others.
