Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Zero
Project Zero focuses on SDG 12, Responsible production and consumption. The main aim of this project is to minimize the amount of garbage each household produce. Given the fact that there are massive amount of plastic waste flowing into the ocean, the project will especially put emphasis on reducing plastic waste. As well as correcting the consumption attitude, we would like to focus on the issues of production process. In order to reduce garbage, mass production need to be put to an end. The materials used for creating products should be carefully chosen, and the supply chain should be managed sustainably. The project members will advocate issues raised regarding the mass production and consumption to enhance the awareness of people, as well as suggesting how to act as ethical consumers.
