United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Hazar Varsh
Hazar Varsh' is an initiative led by Millennium Fellows of RTM Nagpur University. Hazar Varsh addresses issues of capacity building which we can solve through doing partnership for engaging different categories of people and help them to grow personally and professionally as well throughout all the aspects. During the Millennium Fellowship Period (August-November 2021), 'Hazar Varsh' will be hosting minimum of 6 online events. These events will be a mix of educational, technical, mental health, employability skills, and other such webinars, which can help people to grow. We are aiming to reach out to more than 100 people combined across events.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ruchi Chaturvedi is a bright, young and globally competitive Engineering student at the G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, India. She is currently enrolled for Artificial Intelligence for her B.Tech degree. She has always been passionate for helping others and always wants to create a positive impact in society. She has always been interested in doing such projects that involves social services. She is really excited for this project because through this opportunity she will be able to work for SDGs and can help people around her and can be an inspiration for others as well.
