" In a world so competitive, being holisticially developed is much needed. Through my Millennium Fellowship project, I would be able to provide other women to enhance their technical skills by solving real-world problems through an interdisciplinary approach. This would allow women to experience collaboration and diverse approaches. Additionally, this platform develops their leadership, managerial and public speaking skills as well.
I find my passion through this project. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: SeisCore

SeisCore lays an emphasis on the need of an interdisciplinary platform for engineering students of all branches to come together, collaborate, and brainstorm on cross-domain approaches of solving issues in the real-world scenario. While this club is open to everyone, it will ensure that each involvement would maintain an equal ratio of male and female students. Therefore, it advances gender equality and capacity building.
