" A thirst for action, a wealth of ideas and a kind heart are what drives my work and engagement. Being a Millennium Fellow I am excited to meet like-wise minded and inspiring individuals from diverse backgrounds. Being part of a global network means not only sharing ideas but also expanding the radius I am thinking in but also helping me realising sets of ideas. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Plateforme des Initiatives Sociales et d'Entrepreneuriat

PISE is a programme seeking to tackle socio-economic problems by developing innovative ideas into initiatives and startups by students of the Sciences Po Le Havre campus. This will happen in 12 week programmes consisting of theoretical sessions where participants are taught business and social fundamentals to help them build their initiative, experiential sessions where students engage with local communities to understand the local manifestation of the problem they feel passionate about. Finally, through this process we aim to provide students with mentors ‚ practitioners ‚who will work with the students to structure their enterprises, get personalised feedback on their progress, and help implement the initiatives into real surroundings. The goal of the programme is to integrate our campus better into the Le Havre city, by making students more aware and concerned about this microcosm, and helping them to actively seek solutions to socio-economic challenges felt by the residents of the city.
