Millennium Fellowship Project: Enabling Children with Disabilities
This project is focused on advocating for children living with disabilities to acquire disability cards that can help improve their quality of life.
About the Millennium Fellow
Anna Mbale is a final year medical student at The University of Zambia who was born and raised in ndola, but is currently studying in Lusaka. She is passionate about helping others, hence her career choice, and leadership. In her fifth year of medical school, she was the secretary general for the University of Zambia Medical Student Association (UNZAMEDSA) were she helped organize various activities. One activity that stood out for her was a valentine's day themed blood donation campaign which taught her that anyone is capable of bringing change to their community no matter how small it may be.
