" As a young leader and aspiring to impact my community, the Millennium Fellowship is a unique opportunity for me to learn more about my field of expertise from other like-minded young leaders. The diversity and multiplicity of youth profiles attending the Fellowship will allow me to meet other young people from different parts of the world with other interests that I could embark on new exciting projects. I am really excited to begin this great Fellowship and share back my experience. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Warrior Campaign
The #greenwarrior campaign aims to provide environmental education to young Africans especially Togoleses through Social Media. We will do posts and introduce them to sustainable development goals and help them become imperfect ecolo. Our vision is to build an eco-responsible generation by 2030. We will have a challenge for each week. Example: Avoid taking plastic bags at the market during the week or switching off the light in our room whenever we are not using them
About the Millennium Fellow
Constance is a young Togolese girl studying social sciences at the African Leadership University. Coming from a rural area where the girl is not allowed to have a school education and the poor are condemned to poor quality education, her mission is to advocate for quality education for every child, regardless of their social status.
She is working with Act4odds, an organization of young people passionate about environmental issues, to educate children for the next generation.
Her envision is to create a unique and innovative lab in Africa that helps children and young people in having skills in the 21st-century job market.
