Millennium Fellowship Project: Pragati

This project would be a major upliftment to the employment status of the informal sector which would greatly affect women as they constitute majority of the informal sector. Technology would be used to educate employees and provide them with perks of formal employment such as well defined working hours and wages. They would be encouraged to indulge in specialization of labour by allocating them to the owners who require the service these women are best at offering. This would increase standard of living and improve sustainable working conditions in informal sector and would foster economic growth.
