" “People have more power to initiate change as a community than as an individual. As a Millennium Fellow, the thought of working with a group of people with diverse interests and ideas and collaborating with them excites me the most. I hope to share my passion about working for accessibility to healthcare and encouraging open conversations around mental health. Furthermore, with SDGs being a core idea of my degree, being a part of this initiative gives me the opportunity to enhance my skills and understanding of the realities of the world to promote the achievement of sustainable development for a better future.” "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Shreyasu Project

The Shreyasu Project is a collaborative project started by the Millennium Fellows, focusing on gender sensitization, sex education and mental well-being. Our purpose is to give people a safe space to initiate open dialogues about issues around these topics, which are considered a taboo in our society, in order to remove the stigma around them. We hope to involve the entire student body to spread awareness about these topics by holding workshops and sessions in classes conducted by the Fellows as well as experts in the field.
