United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. Over 31,000 young leaders on 2,400+ campuses across 140+ nations applied to join the Class of 2022.  200+ campuses worldwide (just 8%) were selected to host the 3,000+ Millennium Fellows.

About the Millennium Fellow

Murugi Winnie Cate is a young outstanding lady born in Kenya in the year 2001. She is currently studying at Maseno University for her tertiary education. While in secondary school,Murugi developed the passion towards eradicating poverty and environmental conservation i.e climate action. She has participated in tree planting exercises and feeding the needy over the years and remains aggressive to partner with organisations that help eradicate poverty and conserve the environment for better living.
