" I'm filled with excitement, for I know that this is just the start
Of a journey that will shape me, heart to heart
And I'll emerge a better person, with a deeper understanding
Of all the things that make me who I am, expanding
So here's to new beginnings, and to the unknown
And to all the lessons and experiences yet to be shown
For I know that no matter what comes my way
I'll be ready, with a smile, to face each day."
"I am grateful to have been a part of the Millennium Fellowship, which helped me to become a better version of myself. The program allowed me to develop my leadership skills and deepen my research abilities. Through the project, I had the opportunity to connect with numerous individuals, which strengthened my confidence. I am forever thankful for this enriching journey. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Promoting Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions for a Sustainable Future
My project was designed to support Sustainable Development Goal 16 by advocating for peace, justice, and robust institutions for men. The concept of equality means that everyone, regardless of gender, should be treated fairly. However, I have seen that the struggles and difficulties faced by men are often disregarded and ignored, and there are instances where women misuse laws and regulations to the detriment of men. This injustice is caused by the lack of proper regulations and strong institutions. The pursuit of peace is a universal desire in the world today, and it is a right that should be granted to all. As a community, it is important that we do not overlook the issues faced by men and give equal attention to both women's and men's issues.
