The priject deals with social wrlfare both in the community and the school , but as completed so far only stages for the welfare of the students targeting the vulnarale, needy, sand empowering into self dependence culture as well as health
About the Millennium Fellow
Glory kathure is a 23 year old student pursuing bchelor of civil aviation management . She is passionate about social wellbeing. Her major focus being on:
SDGs;1, 13, 16, 8, 3, 5 . As a student she served several leadership positions and ended up being elected as the first female student governing council secretary incharge of special needs & Social wellfare(Security, health, accommodation and catering) in charge of all tha campuses of Moi University kenya, where she worked with various campus delages/directors. In the community she has volunteered with several non governmental organizations to campion for activities such as peace in 3 counties, including civic education amd stakeholder meetings, climate Action, Gender equit among others. Her greatest dream is to promote sustainability and improved livelihood by putting all mechanisms in place to fight extreme poverty. Being an actress and having imoacted the community through thearter she too looks forward to supporting talents andinnovation amd creativity. She is a strong beleiver if culure. Her achievements in social leadership has earned her a nickname title (GKtheLIONESS) . She loves exploring encouraging challage and growth. She is disciplined too.
