Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health Literacy
My project is based on mental health literacy. Where I reach my audience physically on my campus or virtually through social media platforms, especially Facebook. Having gone through a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder successfully, I am able to give motivation through experiences, stories and quotes.
About the Millennium Fellow
Wanja Sarah Waithera has been a student leader who served with diligence, empathy and compassion. She has just completed her undergraduate degree studies from Moi University, Main Campus located in Eldoret Kenya. She was taking Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Media and Communication. Sarah is ambitious and has goals in life to help in solving global problems like poverty, enviromental problems as well as preaching peace and harmony. She is a researcher and always in quest for new knowledge. She is a sister who encourages her siblings to perform well and strive to reach their goals. She sees opportunities in challenges. She has excellent communication skills, reporting/recording skills, translation skills(French, English and Kiswahili). She is a great woman of virtue.
