" “When I say develop your skills, I don’t mean related to every business area of that industry. This is not very realistic. I mean, the field of your expertise in that industry.”
― Pooja Agnihotri, 17 Reasons Why Businesses Fail :Unscrew Yourself From Business Failure
MCN offers these great plethora of oppotuities that encourage students to work on the feilds that they like and not just blindly do as directed. It is extremely pleasing to see that organisations take so much effort in today's times to gather the collective interest of students, work for the environment while providing constant support. "

This idea arose in my mind when I started researching on Rape laws in India and that's when I realised that one of the most concerning issues in India that is rape, fails to include a gender neutral perspective. Apart from this, there are many other examples in our day to day lives that makes the third gender feel excluded and sometimes even uncomfortable. Moreover, I personally feel very disgusted when we only get to see two sets of washrooms that is only for males and females. Therefore, as a mere first year law student, I have decided to start working at university level. For instance, my first goal is to work with student council body and propose the idea to the admin for introducing a gender neutral student housing ward. As I am aware of my limitations that I might face while accomplishing my first goal, so for this I shall start by working on a research article and share it among the student body so that every student is made aware of the disrimination that the third gendered people have to go through.
