Millennium Fellowship Project: Humans First

Our project focuses on the mental and emotional health of students in grades 11 and 12, especially those appearing for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET. We want to understand where they have the most issues and help upcoming batches have a better, less stressful, and more enriching experience as they go through some of the most critical years of their lives. Our solution entails connecting these students with mentors, who are essentially ex-students that given these same exams. After a little training, they will be able to guide the mentees and help them through these tough times.

About the Millennium Fellow

Tushar Garg is a motivated citizen of the world, currently learning technological solutions to the grand challenges of today's world at Plaksha University, India. He has studied in four states of India and is passionate about adding value to every individual's lives to bring about positive social impact. Through Plaksha University's 'Innovation Lab and Grand Challenges' course and Millennium Fellowship, he aims to raise awareness about physical and mental 'well-being', and bring down the cost of therapy in India.
