Millennium Fellowship Project: Eskwentuhan: A Fundraising and Storytelling Initiative
Project Eskwentuhan is a social impact project that aims to combat illiteracy by giving young learners access to learning and reading resources through a fundraising event, book donation drive, and workshops (including storytelling activities).
About the Millennium Fellow
Danica Grace D. Bautista, known by her friends as “Dae,” is a sophomore majoring in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has always been passionate about promoting her advocacy for quality education. Dae has always known that her vocation is to help those neglected and underprivileged in society, especially children who lack access to quality education. She believes in the power of dreams to change people’s lives, and through quality education, children will learn to dream and get access to opportunities that will bring them closer to fulfilling their dreams.
