Millennium Fellowship Project: Northerners Connect
Providing connections, information, and support to disadvantaged students from the North of England who are at universities in the UK and are struggling to access graduate industries due to structural inequalities, lack of confidence, lack of connections, lack of information/awareness, and other factors. Whilst there is several emerging and preexisting projects focusing on access to university, there is very little focus on providing these groups with role models and support on accessing industries often very difficult to enter or highly underrepresented for people like them.
