Millennium Fellowship Project: Our Voice Against Drug Abuse
Our voice against drug is a collective project carried out by members of Enugu state university of science and technology cohort, which aims at curbing drug abuse from the grassroots. The project would actively host on site sessions in community secondary schools in agbani, Enugu. During this sessions, students would be informed of the dangers that comes with abusing drugs and taught ways to prevent it for a safer health.
About the Millennium Fellow
Obeta Lucy is a pharmacy student at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Nigeria. As a citizen of Nigeria and a native of Enugu State, Lucy is aware of the challenges facing public health. Lucy is so passionate about public health and aims to create solutions to help contribute to the society. With Lucy's project, public health is the main focus and the project would help create awareness in the environment around and also educate the citizens on certain illnesses to curb the spread of the diseases or infections.
