Millennium Fellowship Project: Happy Minds Network
Welcome to Happy Minds Network, a groundbreaking project led by me, Fred Maina from Kirinyaga University. My mission is to combat the impact of mental health issues on our community by launching a revolutionary website and app. Through my platform, individuals struggling with depression, stress, or any other mental health challenges can connect with my dedicated team of mental health specialists and therapists. My goal, by August-December 2023, is to support and guide individuals towards holistic recovery, ultimately fostering a network of happiness and resilience. Join me on this transformative journey as I pioneer a new era of mental health support.
