The "Ehsaas" initiative empowers communities to explore and comprehend their own mental well-being, while also addressing societal stigma. By offering workshops, online materials, and engaging campaigns, our goal is to establish a nurturing environment for introspective discussions, enabling individuals to forge connections with accessible support systems.
