Millennium Fellowship Project: Let's Share
Let's Share is an organization that brings mental health to the forefront, the objective is to create and curate a space where everyone across the globe can feel safe to discuss their mental health problems.
The vision is to bring together people who wish to talk about their mental health issues, want to feel like they are not alone in their suffering, that there is a community of people which understands and relates to them, where they belong.
The organization's working primarily revolves around a programme where we promote open conversations about mental health. This is somewhat like an AA meeting, we have two categories of participants in this program; one, sharers. Another, listeners.
To ensure that it is a healthy environment for everyone involved, we have a set of rules and regulations, assuring that the listeners are not exploited or emotionally exhausted while helping out others and that sharers are wisely dealt with, feel secure, safe and do not get taken advantage of in any way. This is just a brief explanation, I assure that the regulations and policies are very thought after and will be updated from time to time as and when required.
I am providing a google doc link containing a brief summary of how the organization operates, please consider: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IK8x0YP9h_xO0Uzg4HEiQlgcEdmlSPzWiSkC5M78t7E/edit?usp=sharing
