Millennium Fellowship Project: Stress to Strength : A workshop on Mental Health Well-being

The "Stress to Strength" project, a collaborative endeavour between Unity Bangladesh and the Millennium Fellowship, aimed to address mental health challenges, particularly stress management, within the university community. As the project coordinator, the fellowship classes played a crucial role in honing leadership skills essential for guiding and managing the initiative effectively. This collaborative effort strategically coincided with World Mental Health Day, attracting approximately 130 students to workshops focusing on stress management and coping strategies. The project incorporated two key sessions conducted by mental health experts. These sessions were meticulously designed to provide valuable insights, coping strategies, and guidance essential for stress management and mental well-being. The project was characterised by systematic budget management, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources. Through meticulous planning and financial allocation, the project's budget was strategically organised. Eventually, the project secured funding from the esteemed “Shahjalal Manoshik Sastho Kendro”, a recognized institution dedicated to mental health. This collaboration significantly bolstered the project's resources.
