Millennium Fellowship Project: Health Sensitization and Diagnosis For All(HSADFA)
Health sensitization and diagnosis for all was a project aimed at orientating the general public and health illetracy category of people on global health , preventive and measures needed to be healthy, personal hygiene guide and Diagnosis for all.
About the Millennium Fellow
My name is Denis Silas Tafon, i am a 400 level student of Taraba state University Jalingo studying medical laboratory science.
I am passionate about volunteering and ensuring health care is accessible to all thereby achieving good health and well being for everyone.
I was the project lead for "Poor hygiene practices in markets and its effects on public health" during Leap Africa youth day of service 2023,where we carried out sanitation and sensitization projects in markets to promote good hygiene.
I have worked as a case manager with Achieving health Nigeria's initiative (AHNi)
where i was focused on providing quality care service to people living with HIV, and also carrying out HIV testing services to identify new cases and link them to care.
