Support Her is a non-profit organisation that aims to host events centered around providing young girls and women with information on reproductive, menstrual, mental and sexual health. We further aim to provide sanitary pads and other hygiene products, after every quarter.
About the Millennium Fellow
Merceline Ivy Gachoki is a Civil Engineering student at the Technical University of Mombasa in Mombasa, Kenya. Merceline is a passionate advocate for gender responsiveness, youth empowerment and mobilization and sustainable development. She is motivated by the current needs her community demonstrates, owing to the existing gaps in sustainability. She takes pride in her work as a leader and visionary and hopes to incorporate environmentally conscious construction methods within the engineering field upon graduation.
