Our project is about utilizing food waste to produce non conventional protein and to feed the population facing protein deficiency.
About the Millennium Fellow
Namra Nasir is a final-year Food Science and Technology student at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
Namra is passionate about creating an impact on her community and the world through food technology and nutrition.
Being a student of the University of Agriculture and a native of Punjab, she brought innovation in snack foods and confectionary eating habits.
Through her project with MCN, she is eager to bring revolution by awareness in her region to play a role in sustainability.
After her graduation, she plans to earn a Master's degree in Food Safety and Security to play her role in sustainability.
