Millennium Fellowship Project: DARE TO DREAM INITIATIVE
The "DARE TO DREAM INITIATIVE" was birthed out from the desire to see young girls step out from their shells and become all they can be.
Indeed, girls in this part of the world, and other places have the odds stacked against them and are mostly relegated to being in the "kitchen" or their opinions are passed for nothing.
This, with the Dare to Dream initiative we sought to make young girls understand that their dreams are valid and that they can dream as much as a boy can dream - that their Gender is not a limitation.
Also, because we believe that education is the ticket to a daring dream, the project sought to encourage the younger ones as well as parents on the need to take seriously their education.
About the Millennium Fellow
Elizabeth Precious Adeyi is a young vibrant lady who is passionate about making change in her world. She understands that change necessarily doesn't have to start on a large scale. She believes in effecting change in the little way - one person at a time. And she seeks to do this through her writings, and through public speaking as much as she gets the chance.
She loves the Lord, journalling, reading, and spending time with beautiful minds.
