" "I am thrilled to be a Millennium Fellow because it aligns perfectly with my mission to address education inequity. Growing up in a lower-middle-class family and witnessing the challenges of accessing quality education, I am driven to make a difference. Through Edufinity and my volunteer work with the Gopali Youth Welfare Society, I've seen the transformative power of education. As a Millennium Fellow, I hope to collaborate with like-minded individuals, gain valuable insights, and expand my impact, ultimately working towards a future where every child has access to the educational resources they need to succeed." Millennium Fellowship Project: Edufinity - Infinite Education for All
Since I belong to a lower-middle-class family and grew up in a small village, I have seen the village lifestyle and these categories of family very closely. I have seen their struggle and obstruction to get a proper education. Even if they can't afford to get a proper education since childhood, they cannot complete their high school or college life. Hence, they cannot grab any proper job opportunities or even don't know their fundamental rights. It leads to the formation of a loop in which not only the parents are uneducated their children face the same and form a never-ending loop. So, I tried to get a better education anyway and started teaching my best whatever I learned till my High school in my village. I started teaching those students who couldn't afford to get a basic education and provided basic resources like Pen, Pencil, notebook, chalk, and slate with my savings. When I left my home for my college study, I was not able to help them significantly from my college but in my college, I continue teaching in an NGO named Gopali Youth Welfare Society and help them in whatever way I can.
